While working for web marketing company Leads You we had a chance to develop a nice widget. Once a client asked us for some universal way to insert a lead form in different pages across different sites. We decided that a widget inserted via iframe would be the most feasible solution for this task.

The widget is written on HTML + JS (jQuery used as interface library). A small server-side PHP script was used to server AJAX requests for showing cities and sending lead requests to the affiliate.
