www.finlandcabin.com is a commercial web site created for the purpose of selling a beautiful log cabin property located in Finland. The project was not simply to translate the text from English into Russian, but also to submit the link to the website to the biggest Russian search engines and to enlist the website in some Russian web directories that offer real estate for sale.
The project manager intended to sell the cabin on the Russian market. The task was to make the property look attractive not only to potential Russian speaking customers, but also to Russian search engines in order to promote the website.
The completion of the project did not take more than one day, including link submission to search engines and enlisting the website in Russian real estate directories. The strongest point of the project lies in the first-hand communication and buyer-provider cooperation. The project manager got in touch with the provider, sent a spreadsheet with the English version, gave short instructions on where to put the translation, and received the translation back the same day. Again, when something needed to be fixed, it was done immediately by a short notice via chat or email. The customer was highly satisfied with the service, pointing out communication as the key to successful project realization.
